      <description><![CDATA[<p>2012 has opened up with a few inquiries on working cattle ranches in B.C. This is encouraging since 2011 was very slow in this category. I do have a number of good working ranches for sale ranging from 180 to 350 hd capacity. Not the best time of year to view but a great time to get the inquiry information rolling. <br><br>Unique property sales were also slow in 2011&nbsp;and hopefully will pick up for 2012. I've got a very rare river frontage hobby farm on the Bulkley and a beautiful 320 acre ranchette with awesome views and a beautiful 2002 three storey log home including the original homestead cottage.&nbsp;<br><br>The residential market in Smithers has been brisk&nbsp;throughout 2011&nbsp;with a short slow down in Oct &amp; Nov and right back on target for Dec &amp; Jan is looking good.&nbsp;<br><br>All the best to everyone in the New Year.&nbsp;<br><br>Charlie. &nbsp;</p>]]></description>
